Wow! time really past by fast.... So fast is the twelfth day that I blog already. Today, I tried to fix up my printer,but it ended up the same -.- displaying a !@#$% message on the printer "PRINT HEAD ERROR" I was so fed up about it can called the Dell technician for help to solve this problem.
After talking with the Dell technician for 37min, I concluded that my printer was most likely spoiled -.-" and I tried to ask for help with the ink carriage that costed me $60. I tried to ask for a refund as when I bought the carriage the seal was gone Zzzz.... I then scanned the quotation of the ink carriage to the technician and found out that there was no such sales in the sales system of Dell. I was like what the hell =.= Lol.Because I was not issued a receipt lol.
Then, I told the technician that the sales person may have sell me at a cheaper price due to the broken seal and then pocket the money that I paid him.... The technician then file a report to the customer service department and helped me to get a refund for the ink carriage.... But, this means that the person that sold the carriage to me may be sacked?
Am I harming a someone? I really don't what to do .... lol ....
